I have suffered from dry eyes, blepharitis and meibomian gland dysfunction for over three years and tried punctal plugs, tear-stimulating drugs, artificial tears, prescription eye drops, eye ointments, etc and nothing worked. I have been using Optimel for 5 months and my eyes are 90% back to normal. Brilliant product!
