Blephadex is similar to, and is a good replacement for the Sterilid product. As Sterilid is not currently available, we would recommend using Blephdex as an alternative.

This product is amazing for supporting blepharitis. Eyes feel very soothed after using it and it has got my blepharitis under control. Was very impressed with the speed of delivery to my rural location too 😀

I am very happy with this product. I used to use Sterilid and when I coulg no longer get it I chose this product. It is better than steri-lid. Hope to continue using it now.

Expensive but great stuff. Blepharitis cleared up in three days and still use the product occasionally if uncomfortable eye lids.

Blephadex Eyelid Foam Cleanser is the only product I've found that gives me relief and keeps my blepharitis under control. I use a warm eye mask about 3 times a week for 10 mins. and follow with Blephadex foam as per directions. Daily I wash my eyelids with cotton pads and very warm water for about 5 mins. in the morning and again in the evening and then I use Blephadex Foam as per directions. This routine has relieved my symptoms and made the irritation of Blepharitis manageable. It works well for me.
